Having competed in multiple sports throughout my life, I understand firsthand what it feels like to perform under pressure, recover from mistakes, battle self-doubt, overcome injuries, and chase ambitious goals.

The strategies I teach aren't just concepts I've read about—they're principles I've tested, refined, and relied on throughout my own athletic journey.
